Crowfest 2026 is a one day show run by the town council. We have been engaged by Historical Promotions to provide the historical entertainment for this ONE DAY summer fair alongside local music, market stalls, food and drink and entertainment. Normans and late Vikings from 11th century are most welcome (and Saxons too - they have to have someone to fight). There will be a LHE and arena for us to fight in. Living History is very welcome, but we have to set up and take down in one day. No fires are allowed on site and (at the moment) they have asked for no missiles as there will be audience on four sides of the arena. Show times when stallholder area is open to the public is 1-6 pm (event is open 1-9 pm). As I have more details I will update them here.
