Waiting for the full Participates Briefing Notes So far - same as usual for arrival and departure - but will let you know if anything changes. Arrival Performers and Re-enactors may arrive any time from 12pm on Fri 9 October. Departure When packing down on Sunday please do not change out of kit until after 5pm. Participants will not be able to bring vehicles onto site at any point on Saturday and not until after the public is clear of site on Sunday. This will likely be after 5.15pm – please wait for instructions from the Event Team on when it is safe to bring your vehicles on to site. All groups are welcome to stay on Sunday night. Please do not bring your vehicles onto site on the Sunday evening until the majority of participants leaving that night have done so, so as to avoid blocking the track way. All structures must be down by 10am on Monday. Please also note that there will be large plant hire vehicles moving around on site on Monday.
