Please arrive from 9 a.m. onwards to set up to be open to the public from 10.30 a.m. – 3.30 p.m. Please bring authentic personal food/drink/cups and bowls for the day as there is nowhere to adjourn to eat, we will be visible to the public all day. Space is at a premium as we are indoors, so no tents/awnings are necessary. Might be worth bringing a flask if you can. Please bring authentic wooden tables/weapons rack for our displays as well as completed crafts and ongoing projects for demonstration. As well as fabric crafts, please bring woodworking/metalworking tools/projects (no forges) and medical displays. Saxon and Viking clothing are acceptable to the museum; hangrocks can be worn and Dane Axes on display.
