Whilst there are wooded areas there are also large areas of park land. On the estate, we have approximately 100 wild deer which are enclosed by a 6ft fence. There is lots of open space for combat training/archery. The site also has ample wooded areas. Fires are allowed in raise fire boxes only. There is a small building, The Lodge, which we have access to for crafts, electricity etc. There will additional shelters provided. Water supply is from stand pipes from mains supply, around lower half of park. There is ample car parking, although restrictions to areas where cars may be parked will be made if the weather is wet. This is to avoid damage to the ground. Alcohol smoking and vaping are allowed on site. Dogs are allowed on site, on leads. There are sheep on site. Facilities There are no indoor bunk spaces. The park is accessible for caravans, camper vans and other larger vehicles. There are some indoor kitchen facilities, but member should not rely on access to these for all their cooking. There are no brick toilets. We will be hiring on portaloos. there is no onsite catering. Although we are looking in to options to make this available. Wood supplied – Yes Rubbish removal provided. Electricity is accessible at The Lodge and by the poolside in the park. Please also note there are restrictions with amplified music.
