Worcester Balloon Festival @ Racecourse
Friday 20th & Saturday 21st stay till Sunday 22nd June (Sun not be needed but can continue to camp)

Ideally one person from each group will complete the response on behalf of the whoel group. Provincials may submit their response individually.
When you complete the form you can select for your email to be recorded and then, at the end, select to be sent a copy of your response. If you select this, you will be able to edit your response afterwards.
Please edit your response if someone drops out, want to bring an extra tent etc.
There will be fireworks at this event and a later start and finish than our usual shows.

The LHE will be on the far left of Festival Site, in the same place as last year.
Plastic Camping will be next to the LHE, in the area cars were parked last year.
Access to the LHE is restricted during open hours. But you will be able to get into the event.
Can arrive from Thursday after 3pm although earlier should not be an issue, best to be in before opening Friday if possible. If not you may have to handball kit from our car parking, You can also arrive Saturday, before opening is the best option.
Caravans are to be located with the plastic tents.
Access/exits are restricted during opening times so come prepared.
This will be a very busy event so likely to be heavy traffic.

PLEASE NOTE...... dogs are allowed on site with usual rules BUT there are potentially canons as part of the American Civil War Programme and Fireworks programmed into the evening programme. Some of the fireworks will be low impact but not all. These venues are huge so it would be possible to put some distance between the noise and you and your dog. But you know your dog.

Cars/van will be allowed onto camping areas and be there overnight when event closes but must be moved before show open each day. You can stay until Sunday.

ARCHERY - all combat trained missiles users are welcome take part in the battles, due to the unusual and size of the event -
• Dead zones will be set the required distance to allow all combat trained missiles users to participate.
• We will set the inner rope to that distance on both of the short sides of the arena.
• The PA will tell the public who are watching us that the best place to watch from is the long sides.
